1. Chang Mai Restaurant Food a.k.a OMG so FAST??
Foodgelicious Meter: 9/10
Good Side: Nice food. Fast services. Lots more.
Down Side: For visiter to travel themself into this area is hard cause the road was kinda scary like you might not believe there is restaurants inside. (around 3 thai restaurant in that area)
Also a type of Thai Food, sorry about the mistake on earlier post said that this is originated by Malays. (Thanks to Qian on pointing me out). This type of food is easily made by mixing Fish bits, Veges, Onion, Chili, Budu, and also some fried coconut's powder into your green rice. And there you will have it "Kao Jam". Oh to make the green rice, we usually add in green juices (that comes in bottle that are juices pressed from some leaves that I dun have any idea what it called) instead of plain water in the cooking rice process. To enhanced the taste of this dish, you can eat with fried fish crackers.
Yeah, Indian rice. This whole set of indian rice taste nice :) I just ate it yesterday night with my friends. Simple right? Rice + curry and some bean sprouts (taugeh) and some chicken. But now the economy is bad and this simple indian curry rice are expensive :(
Every one at Kelantan also know what is "Budu". Mostly likes it, but some dislikes them for their dirty apearances. This is because Budu are made by ferment fish and salt. For more information about this wonderful juices, you can refer to Wikipedia. Just type in "Budu" and there you have it, a well explain definition of this juices. Back to main point, Budu can be enjoyed in various ways like the picture on top, or you can take Durian and eat it with rice plus budu. The taste is unexplainable, you should try it out yourself or you come my hometown I treat you this tasty dish.
