Yes, once again another topic of Foodgelicious!! Once again lets invite our judges. Let hear a clap for Mr. Ethan. He will be typing out Foodgelicious score on the Foodgelicious Meter.
***Disclamir: All this crap about Foodgelicious meter is all made-up for fun :)***

1. Chang Mai Restaurant Food a.k.a OMG so FAST??
Oh yeah. A Thai restaurant that located not so far from my house (around 15 minutes driving) that cook out a lot of delicious food. Lets see what we have on the table. There you have "Squid steam with lime", "Coconut Milk Prawn", "Keng Som Fish", "Mix vegetables", "Pork Leg" & "Kam Heong Lala". The best part is that all these food are served after 10 minutes we ordered. At peak period (Thursday/Friday night) this restaurant will be fulled with customer and believe me when I said the food is served Fucking Fast. So if you have a hungry stomach that can withstand Spicy Thai Food, can come to "Chang Mai Restaurant" and try it out yourself. By the way, you can also enjoy weird food like "Volcano Chicken", "Fried BEE", "Pak Prik Eals", "Fried worm thingy", and lots more.

Foodgelicious Meter: 9/10
Good Side: Nice food. Fast services. Lots more.
Down Side: For visiter to travel themself into this area is hard cause the road was kinda scary like you might not believe there is restaurants inside. (around 3 thai restaurant in that area)

2. Kao Jam a.k.a Green Rice
Also a type of Thai Food, sorry about the mistake on earlier post said that this is originated by Malays. (Thanks to Qian on pointing me out). This type of food is easily made by mixing Fish bits, Veges, Onion, Chili, Budu, and also some fried coconut's powder into your green rice. And there you will have it "Kao Jam". Oh to make the green rice, we usually add in green juices (that comes in bottle that are juices pressed from some leaves that I dun have any idea what it called) instead of plain water in the cooking rice process. To enhanced the taste of this dish, you can eat with fried fish crackers.

Foodgelicious Meter: 9/10
Nothing much to add on caused I already write a whole post about this Kao Jam sometime in October.

3. Indian Rice a.k.a Meena Curry
Yeah, Indian rice. This whole set of indian rice taste nice :) I just ate it yesterday night with my friends. Simple right? Rice + curry and some bean sprouts (taugeh) and some chicken. But now the economy is bad and this simple indian curry rice are expensive :(

Foodgelicious Meter: 5.5/10
It in the okok zone. But I wonder will I ever have a Freaking Delicious Indian Rice? Cause I look spicy food and this type of food just suit me well.

4. Budu a.k.a Rotten Fish Juices
Every one at Kelantan also know what is "Budu". Mostly likes it, but some dislikes them for their dirty apearances. This is because Budu are made by ferment fish and salt. For more information about this wonderful juices, you can refer to Wikipedia. Just type in "Budu" and there you have it, a well explain definition of this juices. Back to main point, Budu can be enjoyed in various ways like the picture on top, or you can take Durian and eat it with rice plus budu. The taste is unexplainable, you should try it out yourself or you come my hometown I treat you this tasty dish.

Foodgelicious Meter: 8.5/10
Should try it! Dun be afraid of the rotten fish smell (nah dun have any smell) but you better dun watch the process making this juices or I scare you won't have the guts to try it anymore :)
